SAN ANTONIO, TX – Two people died following a collision at I-410 and Fredericksburg Rd Monday, Fox 29 reports.
According to police, a vehicle collided with another car. The impact propelled the car that was struck into a crosswalk, where it then hit a woman.
Emergency crews responded to the crash around 7 p.m. They pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene and transported a person from the car that was hit to an area hospital, where they later died.
In addition to the two deaths, four people were injured in the incident.
The police believe impairment may have been a factor in the crash and are investigating the cause of the wreck.
