2 hospitalized following high-speed crash at Wurzbach Road and I-10

SAN ANTONIO, TX – 2 people have been hospitalized following a high-speed car accident at Wurzbach Road and I-10, reports KSAT.

The accident took place early this morning at around 1:30 a.m. Police say the crash happened when a speeding Ford Explorer ran a red light and hit a car exiting a parking lot. Two men in the Ford attempted to flee the scene of the crash. They were arrested by police, as was a woman who was also in the Ford.

The driver of the other vehicle and another woman in the Ford was hospitalized due to the crash.

Police say charges are expected against at least one person in the Ford.
