SAN ANTONIO, TX – Two people are in critical condition following a wrong-way collision at E. Commerce St and N. Grimes St, according to Fox 29.
The driver of a white car crashed head-on into an oncoming vehicle around 9 p.m. Tuesday. First responders transported the driver and passenger from the white car to an area hospital. It is unclear if anyone in the other vehicle was injured.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
