2 injured in crash involving semi-truck at Hallmark Inn and Suites

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Two people were hurt in a collision involving a semi-truck at Hallmark Inn and Suites on I-35 Saturday, according to News 4 San Antonio.

The 56-year-old male driver of a black sedan collided with a semi-truck at around 3 a.m. The collision caused both vehicles to strike a 39-year-old female pedestrian and sent the semi-truck into an empty hotel pole.

Following the collision, first responders transported the sedan driver and the pedestrian to an area hospital. The sedan driver sufferred non-life-threatening injuries and the pedestrian was admitted in critical condition.
