2 killed, 2 hospitalized after collision on Fischer Rd.

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Two women, including one teen, were killed following a multi-vehicle crash over the weekend.

According to the San Antonio Express-News, the accident occurred on Saturday, February 27th at about 3:22 p.m. within the 12300 block of Fischer Road.

Responding officers say a sedan, carrying two females, ages 32 and 15, crashed head-on with a pickup truck. Both individuals in the sedan were killed as a result.

Two women in the pickup were sent to University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Investigators are working to establish an official cause of Saturday’s San Antonio car accident.
