SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officers with the San Antonio Police Department responded to a hit-and-run collision in the Gardendale neighborhood Monday afternoon.
The accident was reported at about 2:45 p.m. within the 1900 block of West Poplar Street near the intersection with North Calaveras.
Police say the unidentified female driver of a red Dodge was inattentive upon reversing her vehicle and struck the driver’s side door of a 2016 Toyota. She then immediately fled the scene before any authorities arrived.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
