22-year-old woman identified in fatal North San Antonio crash

SAN ANTONIO, TX – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office has released the identity of the woman killed in a collision on the North Side last Friday morning.

According to KSAT, 22-year-old Alice Satterfield lost control of her vehicle at about 2 a.m. while traveling on the Loop 1604 access road near the intersection with Bitters Road.

Satterfield’s vehicle spun out and struck a nearby utility pole. She was pronounced dead upon emergency crews’ arrival at the scene.

No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
