3 children hurt when alleged impaired driver crashes on Alamo Ranch Pkwy

SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to News 4 San Antonio, three children were hurt when a suspected drunk driver slammed into a concrete barrier on the 11100 block of Alamo Ranch Pkwy on Sept. 23.

Justin Michael Davis, 38, crashed into the concrete barrier around 7 p.m.

Rescue crews transported a 6-year-old, a 16-year-old, and a 12-year-old to an area hospital. The 6-year-old sufferred a broken femur while the other two children were seriously injured in the incident.

Authorities arrested Davis and charged him with Unlawful Carrying Weapons, Intoxication Assault, and DWI W/Child.
