SAN ANTONIO, TX – Three people were sent to the hospital following a major collision in northwest San Antonio early Sunday morning.
According to News 4 SA, the two-vehicle accident occurred shortly after midnight along Culebra Road and Micron Drive.
Investigators believe the collision happened when one driver attempted to turn left from Culebra Rd. during a flashing yellow light and their vehicle was struck by an oncoming car.
Firefighters and police worked to free several victims from the two vehicles involved. Three were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Three others were released from the scene.
