3 injured following rear-end collision on I-10

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officers with the San Antonio Police Department reported several injuries resulting from a rear-end collision on I-10 last Wednesday evening.

The accident occurred shortly after 6:30 p.m. along the Interstate near the Loop 1604 overpass.

Police say the driver of a 2008 Acura, a 29-year-old woman, was inattentive to the roadway when she collided with the rear of a 2017 Honda at a high rate of speed.

Both the woman responsible for the crash along with both occupants in the Honda, ages 79 and 85, sustained unknown injuries as a result of the crash.
