SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officers with the San Antonio Police Department responded to a chain-reaction crash involving three vehicles early Wednesday morning.

The incident was reported at about 7 a.m. along I-410 near the Seguin Road overpass.

Police say both the driver of a 2010 Chrysler and a 2011 Honda were following too closely on the roadway causing a rear-end collision that involved a third vehicle.

Both drivers responsible for the crash were unhurt. However, the 34-year-old woman in the third vehicle sustained minor injuries.
