FREDERICKSBURG, TX – A head-on collision in Fredericksburg killed two and sent three to the hospital on Saturday night, KSAT reports.
The deadly crash occurred around 9:15 p.m. on SH 16 south. A pickup truck traveling south crashed head-on into a mini-van heading north.
The mini-van’s front seat passenger and the truck’s driver were both killed. The driver and back seat passengers in the van were transported by helicopter to San Antonio. Their current condition is unknown.
