SAN ANTONIO, TX – A driver struck and injured a woman in her 30s at East Southcross and Roosevelt Ave Tuesday, according to KSAT.
Police say that a man and a woman were arguing in a silver sedan when the woman and a child exited the vehicle. The driver then turned around and collided with the woman before fleeing the scene.
First responders transported the victim to an area hospital in critical condition. The child was unharmed in the incident.
