SAN ANTONIO, TX — Police suspect a man of driving while intoxicated after he drove into a guardrail last night around 10pm.
On San Pedro Avenue on San Antonio’s north side police report that a man ran into a guardrail. Authorities say he was attempting to merge onto Loop 410 when he collided with the sand barrels.
The man received injuries to the face and head as a result of the crash. Police have not reported any further on his condition at this time. The driver was also found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. After the incident he was driven to the University Hospital.
