SAN ANTONIO, TX – An elderly man was seriously injured as the result of a rear-end hit-and-run collision in South San Antonio on Thursday.
According to WOAI, the incident occurred as the man was approaching the intersection of Huron Street and Division Avenue and was rear-ended by a pickup truck.
The victim was thrown out of the back of his vehicle. He was rushed to a nearby hospital in serious condition.
The driver responsible for the crash immediately drove away from the scene and has not yet been located.
