SAN ANTONIO, TX – First responders transported a pregnant woman to an area hospital following a three-vehicle collision caused by an alleged impaired driver Saturday, News 4 reports.
Ray Lamont Williamson, 39, was heading south on the 100 block of N Pecos La Trinidad in a Cadillac Escalade when he strayed into the left lane and struck a curb before colliding with a Chevrolet Avalanche. The collision pushed the Avalanche into the rear of a Mazda CX 7.
EMS crews transported a pregnant woman who occupied the front seat of the Mazda to an area hospital after she complained of abdominal pain. She was not seriously injured.
Police say Williamson displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DWI.
