SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man was killed in a two-vehicle collision that took place at O’Connor and Weidner Roads yesterday afternoon, according to KSAT.
The incident happened at about 1:30 p.m. when the driver of a southbound Toyota SUV lost control of the vehicle when it hit an icy patch on an overpass. The driver of a northbound Toyota Corolla was unable to avoid the skidding SUV and slammed into its rear passenger-side panel. The collision ejected a front-seat passenger from the SUV.
Emergency responders pronounced the man dead at the scene. He had not been wearing a seatbelt at the time.
