SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police are investigating a wrong-way collision that happened on the 4700 block of San Pedro Ave Sunday, according to KSAT.
The driver of a gray pickup truck was driving north in the southbound lanes of San Pedro Ave when he slammed into a white pickup truck. The impact launched the driver of the gray truck from the vehicle.
Dispatchers received reports of the collision around 11:20 p.m. First responders transported the driver of the gray truck to an area hospital in critical condition. Neither of the two occupants of the white truck was hurt.
Police believe alcohol may have been a factor in the collision.
