SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officials with the San Antonio Police Department responded to a two-vehicle crash in the Thunderbird Hills neighborhood Tuesday evening.

The crash occurred within the 2800 block of Oakhill Road near the intersection with Ingram Road when the 27-year-old female driver of a 2007 Honda failed to yield to the right of way at a stop sign and collided head-on with a 2008 Mercury.
