SAN ANTONIO, TX – Deputies with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department were forced to block multiple lanes along I-35 following a rush-hour collision Wednesday morning.
According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident took place shortly before 8 a.m. within the northbound lanes of I-35 near the exit to Military Drive.

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, at least two lanes were closed for some time following the accident.
Officials are advising motorists to avoid highways and exit ramps while cold weather continues to persist in the area.
