SAN ANTONIO, TX – San Antonio police have one man in custody after he threatened a Good Samaritan attempting to help him after a violent crash Wednesday.
According to KSAT, the crash happened within the 8700 block of Cinamon Creek Drive when 35-year-old Lamar Clavin rear-ended another vehicle then crashed into a roadside fence and tree.
A witness rushed to Calvin’s aid but when he approached the man, Calvin held a gun in his face and treated to shoot of the accident was reported. Calvin then ran away from the scene on foot.
Police caught up with the suspect a few minutes later and took him into custody.
He is currently facing charges such as aggravated assault with a deadly weapon the fleeing the scene of an accident.
