SAN ANTONIO, TX – A motorcyclist was left in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle on Loop 410 Wednesday night.
According to Fox San Antonio, the accident occurred on Southwest Loop 410 near West Military drive at about 9:30 p.m.
Investigators at the scene say Danielle Gail Connolly was driving under the influence when she struck the motorcyclist from behind. The victim sustained a number of injuries including a potentially life-threatening head laceration. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
Connolly was taken into custody on driving while intoxicated charges.
