SAN ANTONIO, TX – A San Antonio police officer was injured in a collision along a busy freeway overpass overnight Sunday.
According to KENS, the accident occurred while the officer was responding to a prior collision along the Loop 410 overpass at I-10.
Investigators say the officer was injured when a sedan struck his cruiser, which was blocking multiple lanes of traffic. The officer sustained minor injuries as a result.
It is unclear if any other motorists were injured in the crash at this time.
