SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man is dead after a single-vehicle crash that took place on a Highway 90 access road early Tuesday morning, KSAT reports.
Police responded to the collision at about 7:30 a.m. within the westbound lanes of the freeway access road on the far west side.
Upon arrival, police found a man believed to be in his 50s deceased in the vehicle. Investigators believe the incident took place overnight as the engine was cold when officers arrived at the scene.
