Police searching for driver involved in North San Antonio hit-and-run

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Officials with the San Antonio Police Department are seeking any information that may lead to an arrest in connection to a hit-and-run that hospitalized two pedestrians.

According to KSAT, the accident occurred at about 6:40 a.m. within the 10300 block of Sahara Drive near the intersection with San Pedro Avenue.

Police say the unidentified driver struck two workers with an SUV while they were loading plumbing equipment into a truck. The driver then sped off without offering aid to the victims.

Both victims were rushed to University Hospital. One sustained minor injuries while the other is in critical condition.

No information regarding the identity of the suspect or details regarding their vehicle has been made public at this time.
