SAPD investigates possible pedestrian collision

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police are investigating a possible hit-and-run collision that occurred on the city’s Northwest Side early Monday morning, after a man walked into an IHOP and told officers there that he had been hit by a car.

According to KSAT, the incident happened at about 12:30 a.m. on Monday morning in the 9900 block of I-10 West, near Wurzback Road.

The man appeared disoriented and bloody when he reported that a car hit him.

At this time, authorities are still investing and do not have a vehicle description or the location of where the reported accident occurred.

The man was taken to University Hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening.
