REFUGIO, TX – A driver fatally collided with a fence on Texas 239 Monday, KIII reports.
Victor Cruz, 20, was not wearing a seatbelt when he strayed off Texas 239 and struck a fence. The crash caused his vehicle to flip multiple times.
First responders transported the driver to a hospital in Victoria, where he died from his injuries.
It is unclear exactly where on Texas 239 the accident took place.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident.
