45-year-old man injured in south Corpus Christi crash

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department responded to a rear-end collision near Evelyn Price Park last Wednesday afternoon.

The incident occurred at about 1:09 p.m. within the 4001 block of Gollihar Road at the intersection with Weber Road.

Investigators believe the 45-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2010 Nissan was speeding when he collided with the rear of a 2015 Ford stopped at the intersection.

The man responsible for the crash sustained unknown injuries as a result. The driver of the Ford was unhurt.
