SAN ANTONIO, TX – A car accident caused a traffic jam at I-35 and Theo Ave Wednesday, according to Sigalert.
The incident was reported at 6:45 a.m.
Traffic was stop-and-go to Military Dr, about two and a half miles south of the crash site.
