Brownsville police respond to suspected DWI crash in Rey David Dr.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – A 19-year-old driver was involved in a suspected DWI collision in Brownsville early last week.

The single-vehicle crash occurred on April 5th at about 12:20 a.m. within the 3500 block of Rey David Drive.

Police believe the 19-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2014 Ford was under the influence of alcohol when he crashed head-on into a fixed object.

Reports say the man was unlicensed at the time of the crash. Luckily, no injuries were reported as a result.
