SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to TTN San Antonio, a wreck blocked the left lane of northbound I-410 and Medina Base Rd Tuesday.

The blocked lane caused traffic to back up to Old Pearsall Rd, over two and a half miles south of the crash site.
Authorities have not released information concerning the cause of the crash.
