SAN ANTONIO, TX – An accident was reported at I-10 West and Crossroads Blvd Wednesday, according to Sigalert.
First responders were called to the scene around 10:10 a.m. By that time, traffic was backed up to Vance Jackson Rd, over a mile north of the crash site.
The cause of the wreck is unclear.
