MCALLEN, TX – Officers with the McAllen Police Department responded to a T-bone collision near I-69E last Thursday morning.
The accident occurred shortly after 9 a.m. within the 800 block of W. Sioux Road just east of the intersection with North Val Verde Road.
Police say the 22-year-old male driver of a 2005 Chevrolet attempted to pass a 2017 Ford on the left and collided with the front driver’s side of the Ford.
Fortunately, neither driver was injured as a direct result of the collision.
