Corpus Christi man injured following rear-end collision on Elizabeth St.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officials with the Corpus Christi Police Department have reported one injury resulting from a rear-end collision on Elizabeth Street last Tuesday evening.

The incident was reported at about 4:21 p.m. within the 1300 block of Elizabeth Street, near the intersection with 11th Street, when an 85-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2018 Toyota collided with the rear of a 2002 Acura.

The driver of the Acura, a 41-year-old man, was reportedly injured. Further details remain unknown at this time.
