Injury reported after central Corpus Christi hit-and-run

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A 45-year-old woman was injured as the result of a hit-and-run collision in Central Corpus Christi early this week.

The accident was reported just before 5:30 p.m. on February 21st near the intersection of Morgan Avenue and Baldwin Boulevard.

Responding officers believe the driver of an unspecified vehicle ran through the red light and T-boned a 2012 Kia. The at-fault driver then fled the scene of the crash.

The victim in the Kia sustained unknown injuries in Sunday’s Corpus Christi car accident.
