Injury reported following south San Antonio collision

SAN ANTONIO, TX – An elderly woman was injured as the result of a two-vehicle crash along Roosevelt Avenue Monday afternoon.

The collision occurred just before 3 p.m. at the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue and Southeast Military Drive.

Police say the 75-year-old female behind the wheel of a 2014 Volkswagen collided head-on with a 2006 Ford driven by a 79-year-old man.

The woman was reportedly injured as a result of the crash. Details regarding the extent of her injuries remain unknown.

The report does not suggest who may be at fault for the crash at this time.
