Pedestrian identified in fatal Southeast Side crash

SAN ANTONIO, TX – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office has identified the pedestrian who was killed while attempting to cross Loop 410 earlier this week.

According to My San Antonio, the incident was reported at about 6 a.m. Monday morning near Rigsby Avenue.

Officials say 43-year-old Rodolfo Medina was attempting to cross the busy highway when he was struck by a 2020 Ram 2500 in the northbound lanes.

The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with the police investigation. No charges are expected to be filed against the driver at this time.
