SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KSAT, a man in his 70s was hit by a pickup truck on Marbach Road as he was crossing the street.
The accident took place at around 11:30 a.m. this morning, when a truck turned on to Horal Street and hit the man. He has been taken to the hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries. According to police, the pickup truck’s driver did stop to help the man and will likely not face charges.
