SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man was struck by a ladder on the side of a train near Lookout Rd and Toepperwein Rd Wednesday, according to KSAT.
The collision happened around 2 a.m. Family members of the victim, a man in his 20s, transported him to an area hospital. EMS crews then transported him to Brooke Army Medical Center.
