In South Texas the oil and gas boom is a great thing, it's a great economic boom but with that we're seeing a lot more injuries we're seeing driver inattention, driver fatigue, inexperienced drivers, we're seeing roads torn up and all those things are causing a lot of hazards for people in South Texas.
