Motorcyclist killed in San Antonio hit-and-run

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Investigators with the San Antonio Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying the driver responsible for a fatal motorcycle collision Monday evening.

According to KSAT, the accident occurred within the 13200 block of O’Connor Road shortly before 5:30 p.m.

Upon their arrival, police discovered 48-year-old Phillip Warren Snow III had been critically injured. He was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center where he died about an hour later.

Witnesses say Snow was struck by a black SUV driving erratically in the southbound lanes of O’Connor Rd. The driver of the SUV immediately fled the scene of the crash without rendering assistance to Snow.

No further information regarding the driver responsible for the crash has been released at this time.
