Multi-vehicle collision reported in South Corpus Christi neighborhood

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Police in Corpus Christi have reported a two-vehicle collision in a residential neighborhood just south of downtown last Saturday evening.

The accident occurred just after 5:30 p.m. within the 4800 block of Lansdown Drive near the intersection with McArdle Road.

Investigators believe the accident was caused by a 35-year-old female driving a 2014 Chevrolet when she failed to maintain her lane and side-swiped a 1998 Jeep.

No injuries were reported immediately following the crash. The identities of those involved have not yet been released to the public.
