Rear-end collision reported near Loop 410

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in San Antonio responded to a two-vehicle collision along a Loop 410 frontage road early Monday morning.

The incident was reported at about 2:09 a.m. near the intersection of Walzem Road and the Loop 410 frontage road.

Investigators believe the 35-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2014 BMW was inattentive to the roadway when he ran into the rear of a 2002 Chevrolet.

Fortunately, neither the man responsible for the incident nor the 18-year-old male driver in the Chevrolet was injured in the collision.
