CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Police were called to the scene of a two-vehicle car accident in southwest Corpus Christi last Thursday afternoon.
The crash occurred at about 12:23 p.m. along South Padre Island Drive near the SH-358 overpass.
Investigators believe the 38-year-old man behind the wheel of a 2017 Chevrolet failed to yield the right of way to a 2005 Dodge while turning left. The Dodge then struck the rear passenger’s side of the Chevrolet.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a direct result of the collision.
