SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a head-on crash with a man suspected of driving while intoxicated, Fox San Antonio reports.
The accident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on southbound 281 near Sanco Street.
Police found the suspect at the scene, wandering around his car. He was arrested and is facing intoxication assault charges.
