Police respond to crash near Wellsprings

SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Sigalert, first responders were dispatched to the scene of a traffic accident at Wurzbach Rd and Vance Jackson Rd Friday.

The car crash happened around 1:22 p.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
