SAN ANTONIO, TX – Castle Hills police responded to a wreck at NW Military Hwy and I-410 Thursday, according to KSAT.
The pickup truck driver collided with a concrete wall around 5:30 a.m.Firefighters had to cut open both truck doors to extricate a man and a woman from the vehicle.
First responders transported the two occupants to an area hospital, where they later died.
