SAN BENITO, TX – A train fatally struck a pedestrian on the 200 block of Whalen Rd Sunday, according to Valley Central.
Jorge Daniel Solval was hit by the train around 8:12 a.m. First responders found Solval’s body near the tracks. They pronounced him dead at the scene.
The incident is under investigation by the police. They urge anyone with information concerning the crash to contact them.
