SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man died in a three-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck on I-10 NB near De Zavala Rd Wednesday afternoon.
According to KSAT, the semi-truck blew a tire which caused it to collide with a Jeep Latitude and a Toyota Corolla around 5 p.m. The collision sent the Corolla into a concrete barrier in the median, where it then climbed until it struck a metal pillar.
First responders transported the Corolla driver to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries. They also transported the Jeep driver to a hospital in unknown condition.
