SAN ANTONIO, TX -A car crash blocked the left lane at US 281 and Thousand Oaks Dr Thursday, according to Sigalert.

The incident caused traffic to back up to Tx 1604 Lp, a mile north of the accident.

It is unclear whether or not anyone was hurt in the incident.
